Your Data Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you control your family data.
This page summarises the rights explained in our Privacy Policy. For the full policy, including subprocessors, retention and security practices, see /privacy.
Access your data
You can request a copy of all personal information we hold about your family account, including parent profile, child profiles, activity history and billing records.
Export your data
We can provide your family activity data in a portable format (CSV or JSON) so you can move it elsewhere or keep your own records.
Delete your data
When you delete your family account from Parent settings, profiles and activity are soft-deleted immediately and permanently erased within 30 days. You can also email us to request early deletion.
Correct your data
If any information we hold is inaccurate or out of date, let us know and we will update it promptly. You can also edit most details directly in the app through Parent settings.
How we handle requests
- Email us from the address on your family account so we can verify your identity.
- We aim to respond within 30 days.
- If we need more time or cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why.
- If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
